Golf shoes leave a trail. Clippings in the entry tile, a damp towel on a lanai chair, half a case of seltzer — the usual finish at Lely Resort or Naples Lakes. The reset is linens off and on, lanai swept, restock counted, and a photo set before we lock the door, so a damage claim isn't your word against a guest's.
Condos out here run 2/2 and rent under Old Naples, so we cluster: three or four flips off Collier Boulevard in one trip. December through April that's the only way the math works. Bayshore's a different rhythm — the duplexes and cottages near Celebration Park are one-offs on a tight window.
Collier County rules, not Cape Coral's
Do you handle the tourist tax or registration paperwork?
No. We clean. Collier's 5% tourist development tax and the county's registration requirements are yours to file, and Cape Coral's rules don't carry over here.
Can you turn an 11am checkout into a 4pm check-in at Lely?
Usually, if your calendar's synced to us. Same-day slots on the CR 951 side fill first in season, so earlier notice gets the window.
