We stage clean sets inside the night before when a host lets us.
Out along McGregor, the older cottages near the Edison estates take longer than their square footage suggests. More tile, more fabric, more dust. The gated condos off Daniels — Cross Creek, Heritage Palms, Colonial Country Club — run back-to-back January through April. Everything gets photographed: linen swap, restock counts, and any damage, timestamped, so a claim isn't your word against a guest's.

Yes, and that's most of our Fort Myers work. We cross on the free US-41 bridge instead of paying the Cape Coral or Midpoint tolls four times a day, which keeps the route tight enough to hold the window.
Do you restock consumables, or is that on me?
We restock — paper goods, soap, coffee, trash liners — and pull from Bell Tower or Gulf Coast Town Center. You get a photo of the counts after each turnover so you know what's actually in the closet.
